Execute confirmed opportunities
Helps an eligible business move from an awarded order or contract to delivery.
Turn confirmed business into execution capacity
Working finance for eligible businesses that have a confirmed invoice, Local Purchase Order, or awarded contract but need capital to deliver or maintain cash flow.
Winning an order or completing work does not always mean the customer pays immediately. A supplier may need to buy stock before fulfilling an LPO, a contractor may need to mobilise labour and materials, or a business may wait through a customer’s normal invoice-payment cycle after delivery. These timing gaps can restrict otherwise healthy operations.
Invoice Discounting, LPO Financing, and Contract Financing address different points in that cycle. Invoice discounting relates to a confirmed unpaid invoice; LPO financing supports the purchase of goods or services needed to fulfil a Local Purchase Order; and contract financing supports eligible execution costs connected to an awarded contract. The underlying transaction, counterparty, business capacity, and supporting documents are reviewed before a decision is made.
Union Financial does not publish assumed approval times, interest rates, amounts, or guarantees on this page. Product availability, eligibility, pricing, security, repayment terms, and required documents are confirmed directly for each application.
